Technique Training Workshops: Our expert instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of Nordic Pole Walking, ensuring you develop the proper form and technique. This workshop will cover everything from adjusting your poles to mastering the correct walking stride, helping you build confidence and prevent injury.

Guided Walks: If you’ve already completed the technique workshop, join our scheduled walks designed to challenge and enhance your skills. These walks will focus on improving endurance, strength and overall fitness all while enjoying the beautiful outdoors.

If you have a question about how to do something on your iPhone, iPad, PC, Mac, Android Phone, apps, software or whatever, bring your question to this session and Dave will try to answer it ... or he will take it away as some homework and help you find an answer. Bring any question, any technology. Depending on participant interest, we can talk about Alexa, Google Home, cloud storage, "smart' devices and other household technology and devices. Classes will be scheduled monthly based on interest.

Rich MacArthur from Elite Safety Training has extensive hands-on practical knowledge from working with Toronto Police Services in a civilian capacity. He has competed at the Canadian Nationals for Life Guarding. He is also a retired volunteer firefighter for his community. He is of the firm belief that the practical skill set of First Aid should be learned by all.
This course is practical training only with no certification offered. A maximum of 12 participants is permitted. If there is sufficient interest, a second session may be arranged at a later date.
